Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Liam Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Steve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steve has chosen Justin Bieber ft. Ariana Grande - Let Me Think Bout You as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Liam Kennedy! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, George Steve! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Glass and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steve lands a body shot.
Kennedy throws a poor cross that misses
and Steve counters with a nice uppercut. Kennedy's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Steve connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kennedy scrambles back to his feet. A left lands for Steve. Steve jabbing away but nothing is landing. Steve throws a left and a right that both miss
and Steve takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Kennedy jabs Steve right on the nose. Steve blinks but takes it well. Kennedy lands a nice shot that snaps Steve's head back.
Kennedy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The fighters circling - Kennedy throws out the jab but it was never going to land. A telegraphed right hand from Kennedy misses the target. Kennedy scores with a jab to the head.
Steve throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kennedy takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kennedy throws a series of strikes that have Steve backpedaling.
Steve takes a swing at Kennedy's ribcage but misses. Nice uppercut there from Steve. A looping hook to the body misses from Steve. Kennedy does a little dance to reset his feet. Steve scores with a jab to the body. Steve has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Kennedy takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Kennedy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Steve with a body punch. A glancing blow. Steve takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Steve rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kennedy moves into the clinch. Kennedy definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Kennedy gets through Steve's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Kennedy swings wildly with an uppercut but Steve uses good head movement to avoid it. Kennedy lands a hook to the side of the head. Kennedy working aggressively here.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kennedy. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Steve can't find room to land a body shot as Kennedy controls the action.

and Kennedy counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Steve thinking. Steve scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. A jab from Steve misses. Steve throws a lazy uppercut
and Kennedy counters with a nice uppercut. Kennedy lands the left hand. This has been an exciting period of action! Kennedy takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Steve fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kennedy looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big left from Kennedy misses. Steve slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Steve lands with a cross. Steve slips a jab and a cross from Kennedy.
Steve misses with a wild body shot. Jab by Steve. Kennedy swings for the body but Steve moves out of range.
The fighters circle momentarily. Kennedy darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Kennedy moves away from the strike by Steve. A little feinted left hand from Kennedy on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Kennedy shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Steve uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kennedy. Steve listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kennedy on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Kennedy slips under a jab from Steve. Steve bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kennedy's head backwards.
Kennedy is rocked! Steve lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Kennedy falls backwards - clearly groggy! Steve dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). George Steve! George Steve is the new lightweight champion! George Steve spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
