Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marco Macotti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mack Ua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Macotti might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Drown - Theory of a Deadman. Marco Macotti has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Macotti.
Macotti misses with a low kick as Ua jumps back.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Ua looks to score with a jab to the body but Macotti is just out of range.
Macotti takes one on the button.
Ua just misses with a punch to the body.
Macotti tried to counter with a leg kick but Ua avoided it.
Macotti uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Ua has time to react.
Ua lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Ua throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Macotti throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Ua tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Macotti is in Ua's guard.
Macotti pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ua is keeping the position for now.
Macotti thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Ua has control of Macotti's left arm, preventing Macotti from doing any damage.

Macotti drops back looking for a leg! Ua is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ua manages to kick Macotti off! Macotti jumps back into Ua's guard.
Macotti looking to sit in guard and control but Ua gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Ua distracts Macotti with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Macotti working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ua doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ua manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Macotti is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Macotti looking for a guillotine here but Ua defends easily.
Macotti manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ua manages to get himself to full guard.
Ua tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Macotti forces his way into half guard.
Macotti is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Ua has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Death Valley Training Facility. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Macotti is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Ua manages to get to full guard.
Macotti has gone for a leg lock! Ua slips out almost immediately though and dives into Macotti's guard.
Ua is working Macotti over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Ua throwing strikes from guard but Macotti blocks nicely.
Macotti has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Ua should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Macotti has tightened it up now! Ua should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
