Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harris Stafford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tug Speedmen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Speedmen's choice of entrance music: They don't want none. Tug Speedmen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stafford gets caught flat footed, as Speedmen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Speedmen must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Speedmen scores with a decent looking elbow strike. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stafford has his foot on Speedmen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Speedmen works his way back into a safe position though.
Stafford has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Speedmen doesn't defend quickly enough and Stafford has managed to lock this one up! Can Speedmen escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Stafford on a fantastic submission victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Harris Stafford!
