Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kanishka Lijikiszcz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Shore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jordan Shore will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kanishka Lijikiszcz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jordan Shore! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lijikiszcz tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Shore swivels and escapes. Lijikiszcz throws a nice looking combination but Shore bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Shore wants to counter with a clinch but Lijikiszcz pushes him away. A looping hook to the body misses from Shore. Lijikiszcz does a little dance to reset his feet. Shore is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Shore misses with a body shot
and Lijikiszcz makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Shore. Lijikiszcz does a little dance to reset his feet. Lijikiszcz loads up on a big right hand but Shore slips the punch. Lijikiszcz gets tackled into the cage by Shore. Shore maintains the clinch. Shore misses with a knee to the head. Shore misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Lijikiszcz.
Lijikiszcz blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Lijikiszcz successfully pulls guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shore postures up.
Shore looking to sit in guard and control but Lijikiszcz gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Lijikiszcz passes Shore's right leg, so he's now in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lijikiszcz looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Shore with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Lijikiszcz is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Shore looks like he's trying to stand up.
Shore tries to get to full guard but Lijikiszcz has control of the leg. Lijikiszcz is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Lijikiszcz performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Lijikiszcz lands with a punch from half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Shore really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lijikiszcz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lijikiszcz slips a nice elbow through Shore's hands, connecting with Shore's forehead. Lijikiszcz keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Lijikiszcz prevents Shore from improving his position. Shore trying to control but Lijikiszcz postures up.

Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lijikiszcz connects with a nice short shot to Shore's temple. Shore trying to control from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Shore is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Lijikiszcz scoring with strikes to the body and head. Lijikiszcz working Shore over with strikes. Lijikiszcz wants to control but Shore is keeping him busy. Lijikiszcz looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Shore with a short hammerfist. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Shore flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Shore misses with a left hand and Lijikiszcz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Shore jabs at Lijikiszcz's body. Shore cracks a nice hook into Lijikiszcz's ribs. Lijikiszcz jabbing away but nothing is landing. Shore is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Lijikiszcz rather than just go for the knockout. Shore scores with a three punch combo!
It looks like Kanishka Lijikiszcz has been cut. Shore throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Lijikiszcz looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Lijikiszcz ducks under a wild hook from Shore. Lijikiszcz throws an overhand right that lands on Shore's shoulder, as Shore tries to avoid the shot. Lijikiszcz keeps the fight on the outside. Lijikiszcz with a body punch. A glancing blow. Lijikiszcz works Shore's body with a nice hook. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Good work by Shore as he checks the leg kick.

and Lijikiszcz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. A slow jab from Shore misses its intended target. Good shot there by Shore. Some wild striking there from Shore.
Jordan Shore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Shore connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Lijikiszcz momentarily.
Shore tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lijikiszcz manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lijikiszcz postures up and lands a big shot to Shore's brow. Lijikiszcz is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Shore can do to turn this around? Lijikiszcz landing some decent shots from guard. Lijikiszcz working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Shore's head. Shore has momentary wrist control but Lijikiszcz slips an elbow through the middle. Lijikiszcz sitting in guard here, content to control. Lijikiszcz works a leg free and moves into half guard. Lijikiszcz is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Lijikiszcz lands with a punch from half guard.

Shore is trying to stand up here but Lijikiszcz is controlling him well. Lijikiszcz lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Lijikiszcz winds up and cracks Shore with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Lijikiszcz prevents Shore from standing back up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Lijikiszcz wants to lay and pray for a moment but Shore keeps working. Lijikiszcz is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Shore has managed to free his arm - good work. Kanishka Lijikiszcz overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Lijikiszcz with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Lijikiszcz has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Shore missing with punches from the bottom.
Lijikiszcz is taking a breather. Shore says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Lijikiszcz is keen to just control but Shore is a slippery customer. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kanishka Lijikiszcz dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Kanishka Lijikiszcz's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Shore is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lijikiszcz. Shore looks to land a right hand but Lijikiszcz moved out of range. Jordan Shore seems to be getting the better of the standup. Lijikiszcz gets the takedown into side control. Lijikiszcz content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Lijikiszcz is chipping away with strikes.

Shore throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Lijikiszcz avoids the attempt from Shore to control. Lijikiszcz can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Shore is looking to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Shore is trying desperately to improve position. Lijikiszcz working away from the top, dropping strikes. Lijikiszcz postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Shore looks a forlorn figure.
Lijikiszcz landing strikes, looking to finish! Lijikiszcz looking for a guillotine from mount but Shore is having none of it. Lijikiszcz breaks from Shore's wrist control and lands an elbow. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Shore takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Lijikiszcz working Shore over with strikes here. Shore is still in real trouble! Can Lijikiszcz finish him? Lijikiszcz lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Lijikiszcz postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Shore in real trouble here! The ref calls for Shore to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
