Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Winford Odom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Budda Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baker is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Drowning - A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie. Budda Baker has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Winford Odom's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Winford Odom!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Budda Baker!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baker looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Odom!
Odom is trying to escape the position but Baker is controlling the position.
Baker trying to control the action but Odom is working from the bottom.
Baker tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Baker wants to control but Odom is keeping him busy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Baker might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Odom haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Baker goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Odom has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Baker but great work by Odom.
Baker tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Odom wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Odom really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Baker can't do much from the bottom here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Odom gets to mount! Baker was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Odom lands a couple of good shots and Baker has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Odom will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Baker defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Odom's arms.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Baker is trying to stand back up.
Odom is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Baker up.
Odom throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Baker!
Baker tries to escape but Odom has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Baker looks winded!
Odom is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Baker won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Odom off his unconscious opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Winford Odom!
