Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Oglek Tomar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bernard Crenshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crenshaw has chosen Bodies - Drowning Pool as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oglek Tomar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bernard Crenshaw! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tomar throws a low kick but Crenshaw avoids it. Crenshaw misses with the body kick and Tomar counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Tomar slips a straight right by Crenshaw. Tomar swings for the body but Crenshaw moves out of range.
Crenshaw swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Crenshaw uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Tomar. Crenshaw swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Crenshaw uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tomar.
Oglek Tomar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tomar moves into the clinch successfully.
Tomar lands with a short head shot on the inside. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A battle for position here, against the ropes. Crenshaw tries to break the clinch but Tomar is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tomar scores with a nice hook to the head. Tomar is working Crenshaw over against the ropes. Tomar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. The fighters circling - Tomar throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Tomar avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Crenshaw lands a really nice looking cross but Tomar seems unphased.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Tomar. Crenshaw follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tomar smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Some wild striking there from Tomar.
Crenshaw's coach down at Golden State sweep! was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Crenshaw's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Tomar throws a big shot that misses. A jab from Crenshaw misses. Tomar is looking to counter punch. Tomar forces Crenshaw back against the ropes and clinches. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Tomar lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Tomar tries to throw a body punch but Crenshaw avoids it by throwing Tomar back against the ropes. Tomar lands a right hand. Tomar throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Crenshaws head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Tomar counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Tomar. Tomar breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Tomar swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Tomar walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Crenshaw staying out of range there. Tomar instigates a clinch. A head punch on the inside from Tomar fails to land. Still in the clinch, Tomar scores with a nice short uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crenshaw tries to break free but Tomar pushes him back against the ropes. A nice left hand lands by Tomar.

Tomar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Oglek Tomar is winning the standup battle so far. Tomar connects with a body shot. Tomar drops his hands momentarily and Crenshaw takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Crenshaw connects with a body shot. Tomar closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes. Tomar manages to break the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tomar has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Crenshaw finds it's way round the side to connect with Tomar's head. Crenshaw throws a jab when Tomar was well out of range. Tomar misses with a wild body shot. A little jabbing left from Crenshaw on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Tomar misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Crenshaw counters with a stiff right hand. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tomar connects with a body shot. Crenshaw keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Crenshaw moves out of range as Tomar strikes. Good exchange - Tomar coming out on top. Tomar lands a jab to the nose. Tomar throws a wild body kick that Crenshaw sees coming a mile off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Oglek Tomar dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Tomar connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Crenshaw throws a jab when Tomar was well out of range. Tomar connects with a single shot there. Crenshaw throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Tomar jabs Crenshaw right on the nose. Crenshaw blinks but takes it well. Tomar uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Crenshaw. Crenshaw tests Tomar's chin there with a solid looking shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tomar fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Tomar bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Good standup being displayed there by Tomar as he connects with a hook.

Tomar throws a leg kick that is checked and Tomar takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Good shot there by Tomar. A looping hook to the body misses from Crenshaw. Tomar does a little dance to reset his feet. Tomar clinches. Tomar can't find room to land a body shot as Crenshaw controls the action.
Tomar pushes Crenshaw back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head. A short left from Tomar.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Crenshaw has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Crenshaw slips a jab from Tomar. Crenshaw is trying to counter with his kicks. Tomar throws a lazy right hand but Crenshaw sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tomar clinches up with Crenshaw and pushes him back against the ropes. Tomar has Crenshaw pressed against the ropes, preventing Crenshaw from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Crenshaw wants to break free but Tomar has control.

Tomar shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Tomar is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Crenshaw can do to turn this around? The fight moves into the clinch position. Tomar tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Tomar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Tomar wants to slow Crenshaw down by chopping away at his legs. Tomar misses with a body kick. Tomar throws out a powerful jab. Tomar slips under a jab. Crenshaw takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. A cross from Crenshaw lands. Oglek Tomar is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Good shot there by Tomar. The crowd cheers as Tomar lands an impressive looking overhand right. Crenshaw doesn't seem phased though. Tomar throws a predictable looking body shot
and Crenshaw counters with a lovely shot to the body. Tomar digs a good hook to Crenshaw's body.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice defenses there by Crenshaw. And Crenshaw responds with a good body kick, but Tomar manages to step out the way in time. Tomar clinches up against the ropes. Crenshaw has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tomar lands a right hand. A shot in the inside from Tomar. Tomar misses with a punch on the inside.

Bernard Crenshaw has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tomar's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
And that's the end of the fight! Oglek Tomar showed his dominance in that final round. Well Tomar has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
