Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Katuro Tisoaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei Zharkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tisoaka comes to the cage accompanied by Festivo. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Andrei Zharkov was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zharkov misses with a jab, cross combination.
Tisoaka lands with a cross.

Zharkov scores with a jab to the body.
Zharkov takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Zharkov defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tisoaka.
A jab-cross combination lands for Tisoaka and sends Zharkov crashing to the mat! Tisoaka follows him down to the mat - Zharkov regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Zharkov is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Tisoaka is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Zharkov wants to control but Tisoaka is having none of it.
Zharkov tries to reverse the position but Tisoaka maintains control.

Zharkov has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Tisoaka is working away from the top position though.

Tisoaka is taking a breather. Zharkov says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Tisoaka takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Tisoaka takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Tisoaka trying to mount his opponent but Zharkov defends it.
Zharkov is trying to get back to full guard.
Zharkov wants to get back to full guard but Tisoaka has mounted him!
Zharkov is desperately trying to improve his position but Tisoaka has a good base and remains in mount.

Katuro Tisoaka dominated that round.

Zharkov throws a lazy right hand but Tisoaka sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Tisoaka throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Zharkov counters with a takedown into side control.
Tisoaka sneaks out the side door and pushes Zharkov away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Tisoaka closes the distance and clinches up with Zharkov, looking for a takedown. Tisoaka pushes Zharkov against the cage but Zharkov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nice takedown defense from Zharkov. No joy for Tisoaka on that attempt.
Zharkov fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Zharkov lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A swing and a miss from Zharkov.
Tisoaka misses with a double jab.
Tisoaka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tisoaka doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Tisoaka is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Zharkov can do to turn this around?
Tisoaka avoids the body shot from Zharkov.
Tisoaka goes for a double leg but Zharkov avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Zharkov continues to drive forward.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Katuro Tisoaka. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tisoaka takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Zharkov is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Tisoaka off and has taken his back!
