The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Wills 's head but he takes it in his stride.
It looks like Jake Wills has been cut.
Steve drops Wills with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Wills looks back up at him and smiles so Steve waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Wills is rocked!
Wills doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Steve counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Wills is still on wobbly legs! Can Steve finish him?
Wills looks winded!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Steve wobbles Wills with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Steve dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Wills to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Chris Steve!
In his post fight interview, Chris Steve started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
