Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sergey Nevzlin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Odds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sergey Nevzlin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Evan Odds!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nevzlin stalks Odds and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Odds's face. Odds staggers backwards, shaken.
Nevzlin is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The referee is keeping an eye on Odds - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Nevzlin scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Odds is pushing Nevzlin up against the ropes, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Nevzlin.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Odds tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sergey Nevzlin dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

It looks like Sergey Nevzlin has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oh Nevzlin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nevzlin gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Odds points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Nevzlin wakes up just in time to hear Odds thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

In his post fight interview, Evan Odds started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
