The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baby dives in and grabs Madrox's left leg, looking for a takedown. Madrox pushes down on Baby's head and hops out.
Baby has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Madrox throws a head kick that misses.
Baby tried to score with a low kick but Madrox checks it.
Baby falls off balance throwing a combination
and Madrox counters with a left and a right that stings Baby.
Madrox shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Madrox postures up and lands a big shot to Baby's brow.
Madrox has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Madrox controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Baby escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Madrox gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Madrox stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Baby throws up his legs and catches Madrox in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Madrox tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Baby! That came out of nowhere!
