The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Godraker throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Thompson.
Godraker misses with a head kick.
Godraker throws a head kick but Thompson moves out of range.
Thompson shoots in looking for a takedown. Godraker tries to sprawl out of it but Thompson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Godraker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Godraker throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Thompson's head.
Godraker throws a right and a left that both miss.
Godraker connects with a high kick.
It looks like Willy Thompson has been cut.

Godraker throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Godraker lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
