Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tito Duran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deangelo Flagg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flagg is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: What Its Like. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Deangelo Flagg enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tito Duran ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 12 - 0, fighting out of New York, Deangelo Flagg! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flagg cracks Duran with an open hand slap. Flagg throws a right hand that misses
and Duran counters with a nice uppercut. Duran shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Flagg tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Flagg tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Jab by Duran . Duran checks the leg kick. Flagg throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Duran counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. We've been told by Duran 's head coaches at Rabid Dog that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Duran lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. A solid body kick from Duran . Deangelo Flagg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Duran throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Flagg throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Flagg throws a left and a right that both miss
and Duran counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Duran has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Flagg finds it's way round the side to connect with Duran 's head. Flagg with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Duran to score with a decent uppercut. Duran walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Flagg throws a solid leg kick but Duran takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Flagg. Flagg throws a leg kick and Duran counters with a straight right hand. Flagg throws a head kick that misses. Duran swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flagg swats away the attempt to clinch by Duran . Flagg throws a right hand that misses
and Duran counters with a nice uppercut.
Flagg is rocked!
It looks like Deangelo Flagg has been cut. Flagg throws a body kick that misses. It looked like Duran was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Flagg. Flagg is still on wobbly legs! Can Duran finish him? Flagg lands a leg kick that knocks Duran off balance momentarily. Flagg seems to have recovered his senses. Duran tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Flagg manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Flagg goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Duran moves out of range of the leg kick from Flagg. Flagg throws a sloppy head kick and Duran counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Flagg does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. A head kick misses from Duran . Flagg throws a hook to the side of Duran 's head but Duran sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Duran forces Flagg back against the cage and clinches. Duran 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Duran is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Duran is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Flagg walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Duran checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Duran thuds a left hand into Flagg's body. Duran fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Flagg looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Flagg throws a predictable looking body shot
and Duran cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Flagg moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Duran slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Flagg scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Good work by Duran as he checks the leg kick. Duran was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Flagg throws a sloppy head kick and Duran moves out of range easily. Flagg throws a leg kick and Duran counters with a stiff right hand. Flagg swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Duran counters with a nice right hand that sends Flagg toppling to the canvas! Flagg scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Duran finish him?! Duran tries to close the distance and clinch but Flagg swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Flagg feints a jab promting Duran to slip. Flagg then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Duran slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. A low kick from Flagg misses and Duran counters with a crisp right that sends Flagg to the canvas! Duran follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tito Duran ! Tito Duran took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
