The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight stays on the outside here - Slevin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Slevin fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Garfunkel checks it well.

Slevin on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Garfunkel swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
The crowd cheers as Garfunkel lands an impressive looking overhand right. Slevin doesn't seem phased though.
Slevin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Garfunkel manages to avoid it.
Slevin misses with a hook. Garfunkel ducked under it nicely.
Slevin walks into a left hand.
Slevin gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Slevin swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Garfunkel catches Slevin with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Garfunkel has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A relieved looking Tony Slevin thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
