Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Werner Hopper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Koboko Dada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Werner Hopper has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Werner Hopper!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Koboko Dada!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dada shoots in and bounces Hopper off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Dada throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hopper works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Dada sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Dada connects with a couple of short punches.
Hopper might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Dada is working Hopper over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Dada's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Dada trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hopper is trying to control the position but Dada postures up.
Hopper has his foot on Dada's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dada works his way back into a safe position though.

Hopper is really struggling to control Dada but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Dada makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Dada trying to control the position from guard on top but Hopper is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Dada passes into half guard.
Hopper tries to get to full guard but Dada has control of the leg.
Dada seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Hopper is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Dada scores with a couple of nice shots.
Dada seems to be working for a kimura but Hopper defends the submission attempt.
Hopper could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Hopper is looking to control Dada's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hopper avoid being mounted?
Well, if Dada is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Hopper wants to control but Dada is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Hopper is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Dada is trying to control the action in half guard but Hopper is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Dada lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Dada winds up and cracks Hopper with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Dada seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Dada is controlling the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dada stands up and beckons Hopper to join him on the feet.

Hopper fails in his attempt to clinch.
Dada scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Dada working over Hopper with some ground and pound. Hopper looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Hopper is rocked!
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dada connects with a nice short shot to Hopper's temple.
Oh Hopper is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dada lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Hopper! More strikes land and this one is all over! Dada jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Koboko Dada!
Koboko Dada decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
