Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Marciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kengo Ura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marciano's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, rocky song. Rocky Marciano has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rocky Marciano! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kengo Ura! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marciano leaves Ura with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Ura doesn't manage to clinch there - Marciano circles away.
Marciano tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ura sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Marciano somewhat. Ura shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Marciano pushes Ura off but Ura dives into side control.
Marciano really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Marciano is looking to get back to his feet here but Ura is keeping cool and he's managed to take Marciano's back. Marciano fending off the submission attempt from Ura.
That's one minute gone in the round. Good control from Ura. Marciano is keeping busy.
Ura controls the action. Can Marciano hold on?! Ura is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Marciano is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Ura.
Ura throwing wild punches that miss their target. Ura goes for a risky armbar from back mount and it's not paid off. Marciano escapes and is now in half guard on top. Marciano controlling the action here. Marciano stands up from half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ura avoids a punch combination nicely.
Marciano misses with a hook. Ura ducked under it nicely. Marciano clinches. Ura jumps guard but Marciano stands there with Ura around his waist. Ura gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Marciano wants to sweep here but Ura controlling him for the moment. Marciano manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ura manages to get himself to full guard.
Ura keeping moving, preventing Marciano from controlling successfully. Marciano stands and steps away. Ura gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Excellent takedown into side control there by Ura. Marciano tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Rocky Marciano will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Marciano shoots in looking for a takedown. Ura tries to sprawl out of it but Marciano keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ura manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Marciano changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ura tries to avoid it but Marciano manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ura to the ground. Ura escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Marciano fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rocky Marciano. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marciano shoots in looking for a takedown. Ura tries to sprawl out of it but Marciano keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ura manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. A head kick misses from Marciano. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ura slaps away a takedown attempt from Marciano, before circling back to the center of the mat. Ura moves into range and clinches up with Marciano. Ura escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ura moves in looking to clinch but Marciano pushes him off. A head kick misses from Marciano. Marciano sets himself, and Ura steps forward looking for the clinch! Marciano avoids it this time. Marciano throws a nice head kick!
Ura fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Marciano displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ura. Ura drives through and clinches with Marciano against the cage.
Ura is trying to pull guard but Marciano has him pressed against the cage. Marciano jumps guard and drags Ura to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Marciano is on top in guard.

Ura is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Marciano wants to pass the guard but Ura is keeping the position. Marciano wants to control from the top but Ura keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ura trying to keep a closed guard but Marciano is proving a slippery customer.
Marciano throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Ura wants to get back to his feet but Marciano passes into half guard.
Ura has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Marciano is working away from the top position though. Ura kicks Marciano off and gets back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Marciano lands a right hook to the body.
Horrible takedown attempt by Marciano or perhaps it was just good defense by Ura, which made it look bad. Marciano motions for Ura to come forward. Marciano throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Ura shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Marciano sprawls well. Marciano wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ura gets slowly back to his feet. Ura shoots in looking for a takedown. Marciano tries to sprawl out of it but Ura keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Marciano manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ura tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Marciano manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Ura changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Marciano looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rocky Marciano dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Ura goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Marciano shoots in and drives through. Ura sprawls well. Marciano darts in looking for a takedown but Ura gets double underhooks and turns Marciano into the cage. Marciano shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Ura tries to kick Marciano off in order to stand up. Marciano Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Marciano goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Ura rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Marciano's guard! Nice work there by Ura! Ura loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Marciano wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ura advances to half guard. Marciano looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Marciano is refusing to be controlled, as Ura sits in half guard. Ura thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Marciano wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ura seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Marciano does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Marciano is trying to stand up here but Ura is controlling him well. Ura is figuring out what he wants to do next. Marciano trying to control here.
Marciano tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marciano moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Ura moves into the clinch. Ura has hold of one of Marciano's legs. Marciano is fighting the takedown attempt but Ura gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Ura sitting in guard here, content to control. Marciano looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Ura throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Marciano works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Marciano trying to control the position.
Ura trying to control the position from guard on top but Marciano is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Marciano pushes Ura off and gets back to his feet.
Ura darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Kengo Ura has got the better of the ground game so far. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Marciano is looking for a sweep. Ura is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
And that's the end of the fight! Kengo Ura comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Marciano has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
