Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stadin Kingi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Jacks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kingi comes to the cage accompanied by Kahvimaito. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stadin Kingi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brian Jacks!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Alyssa Summers and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingi's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Kingi duly obliges.
Jacks thows a left - swing and a miss!
We've been told by Kingi's head coaches at Gangsterdamage that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Jacks fails with a takedown attempt.
Jacks changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Jacks throws a looping overhand right but Kingi ducks down to avoid it.
Kingi looks to land a left hand but Jacks moved out of range nicely.
Jacks blocks a head kick by Kingi.
Kingi misses with a looping right.
Kingi is looking to clinch but Jacks is avoiding it.

Kingi gets caught flat footed, as Jacks shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Jacks wants to control from the top but Kingi keeps moving.
Kingi is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Jacks is pushing down on Kingi's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kingi is fighting to maintain full guard but Jacks has managed to sneak the leg through.

Jacks takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Jacks is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Kingi sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Kingi is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Kingi is positioning himself well to prevent Jacks advancing to mount.

Jacks is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Jacks is looking to advance position but Kingi won't allow it.

Jacks wants to work for an arm triangle but Kingi is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Jacks is looking to stall here but Kingi recovers full guard.
Kingi pulls Jacks in close to prevent any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kingi is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Kingi not doing much here.

Jacks is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kingi pulls his head out easily.

Kingi is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Jacks is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The fighters are battling for position here. Jacks manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Kingi wants to control from the top but Jacks keeps moving.
Jacks controls Kingi momentarily but Kingi frees himself.
Kingi content to stall in guard here.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Jacks steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kingi.
Jacks tries to clinch but Kingi moves away
and Kingi counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Jacks throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Jacks throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kingi avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Stadin Kingi will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Kingi walks into a jab.
Jacks misses with a hook. Kingi ducked under it nicely.
Kingi throws a quick counter head kick but Jacks was just out of range.
Kingi misses with a right hand
and Jacks counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kingi misses with a body shot.
Jacks changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Kingi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jacks has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Kingi lands a nice looking body shot.

and Kingi counters with a big head kick but Jacks shrugs it off.
Jacks scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Jacks throws out a loose jab but Kingi uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kingi tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jacks swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Stadin Kingi is winning the standup battle so far.
Kingi connects with a crisp jab.
Jacks connects with a single shot there.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kingi walks into a left hand.
Jacks scores with a nice strike.

Jacks might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Jacks fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Jacks lands a nice hook to Kingi's body. Kingi takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Kingi is looking to chop away at Jacks's legs.
Jacks now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

Kingi doesn't manage to clinch there - Jacks circles away.

Jacks gets tackled into the cage by Kingi. Kingi maintains the clinch.
Kingi lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Kingi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jacks throws out a loose jab but Kingi uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kingi stuffs the takedown.
Kingi is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Jacks.
Kingi ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kingi stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kingi wants it to stay on the feet.
A little feinted left hand from Kingi on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Jacks misses with a straight right.
Kingi throws a right and a left that Jacks avoids nicely.
Jacks thows a left - swing and a miss!
As Jacks tries to get set, Kingi tries to push him back and clinch up but Jacks manages to avoid the attempt.
Jacks throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kingi sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Jacks throws a body punch but Kingi moves out of range.
Kingi is looking to land body kicks.
Jacks dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jacks lands with a nice body punch.
Jacks jabs Kingi to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Jacks wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Kingi looks to score with a jab to the body but Jacks is just out of range.
Jacks smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Good work by Jacks as he checks the leg kick.

Jacks tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kingi was well out of range. Poor timing from Jacks.

Kingi takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Jacks cracks Kingi with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Stadin Kingi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

letting Kingi counter with a right hand.
Jacks throws a hook to the side of Kingi's head but Kingi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A decent looking cross lands there for Kingi.
Jacks looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Jacks misses with an uppercut.

Jacks moves into range and clinches up with Kingi.
Kingi tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Kingi lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Jacks backwards.
Jacks tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Kingi prevents a body shot from Jacks.
Kingi lands with a short shot to the head.
Kingi lands a left hand.
Stadin Kingi has scored more points in the clinch so far.
Jacks jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kingi walks away with a smile on his face. Jacks gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Kingi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Jacks scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Jacks takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Jacks needs to keep his hands up - Kingi had a free shot at his head there.
Kingi throws a nice inside leg kick.
Kingi throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kingi staying out of range there.
Jacks misses the shot to the body.
Kingi tried to score with a low kick but Jacks checks it.

Kingi connects with a body shot that sends Jacks's belly button to the back.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jacks is on top in guard.

Kingi is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Jacks content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Jacks wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kingi keeps working.
Jacks looking to control but instead Kingi has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
Kingi is looking to improve his position.
Kingi trying to control but Jacks postures up.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Stadin Kingi.
I think Kingi has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A less than humble Stadin Kingi misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
