Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darius Joyner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Handy Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Handy Lee has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Darius Joyner's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Darius Joyner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Handy Lee! The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Damien Edna and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Joyner as he avoids it easily. Joyner avoids the body shot from Lee.
Lee rushes Joyner and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Lee breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lee drives through and clinches with Joyner against the cage.
Lee's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Joyner fails to land the takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee misses with a takedown and Joyner counters with a shoot takedown. Lee fights it but they end up in guard. Lee has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Joyner off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Joyner defends well and Lee ends up having to push Joyner into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Darius Joyner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Handy Lee. Joyner shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Lee changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Joyner tries to avoid it but Lee manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Joyner to the ground. Joyner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Joyner tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Joyner shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lee but Lee pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Lee tries to pull guard but Joyner forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Lee jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Joyner walks away with a smile on his face. Lee gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Joyner closes the distance and clinches up with Lee, looking for a takedown. Joyner pushes Lee against the cage but Lee circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Lee thuds a left hand into Joyner's body. Lee has taken the fight to the clinch.
Lee has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Joyner avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Joyner pressing his opponent against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Joyner tries to break the clinch but Lee is controlling the position. Joyner missing with knees to the body.
Joyner could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Lee is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Joyner is defending well. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Joyner manages to break the clinch.
Lee throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Joyner's head.
It looks like Darius Joyner has been cut. Lee has taken the fight to the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Joyner stops a takedown attempt from Lee.
Joyner blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Joyner can't break the clinch.
Joyner wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lee has him pressed against the cage. Lee lands a shot to the body. Joyner slows down the pace here.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Lee. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Joyner manages to break the clinch.
Lee has closed the distance and engaged Joyner in a clinch.

Joyner looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Lee tries to pull guard but Joyner holds him up against the cage and eventually Lee drops back down to his feet.

Lee is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Lee is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Joyner postures up.
Joyner with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Joyner won't allow Lee to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Lee trying to control the position.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Lee moves into the clinch. Lee has Joyner pressed against the cage, preventing Joyner from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Lee avoiding damage as Joyner throws knees to the body.
Lee's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Handy Lee seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Lee lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Joyner. Lee keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Joyner's efforts to push away. Joyner tries to break the clinch but Lee is controlling the position.

Lee pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Joyner closes the distance and clinches up with Lee, looking for a takedown. Joyner pushes Lee against the cage but Lee circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Good leg kick by Lee there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Lee displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Joyner. A decent looking body kick lands there for Lee. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee closes the distance and pushes Joyner back into the cage. Lee has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Lee tries for a takedown. No joy.
Lee breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Nice takedown defense from Joyner. No joy for Lee on that attempt. Darius Joyner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Handy Lee. Lee fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Handy Lee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Darius Joyner's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Lee tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Joyner swivels and escapes. As Lee looks to move away, Joyner throws a big counter combo but Lee just gets out of the way. Darius Joyner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Handy Lee. Lee drives through and clinches with Joyner against the cage.
Joyner wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Lee's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Lee closes the distance and pushes Joyner back into the cage. Joyner misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Lee fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Lee stuffs the takedown attempt from Joyner. Joyner gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee moves into the clinch. Lee pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Horrible takedown attempt by Lee or perhaps it was just good defense by Joyner, which made it look bad. Lee throws a combination. Joyner tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Joyner tries for a takedown but Lee circles away easily and Lee makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Lee swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lee scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Joyner doesn't seem bothered though. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lee shoots in for a takedown but Joyner shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Joyner is looking for a counter combo. Darius Joyner has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Handy Lee is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Joyner stuffs the takedown attempt from Lee. Lee gets slowly back to his feet. Joyner is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Lee.
And that's the end of the fight! Handy Lee comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lee has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
