12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sean Carter Williams! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A left and a right from Dantes both land. Nice combination. Dantes throws a hook but Williams blocks it. Williams takes one to the chin there. Williams throws a lazy uppercut
and Dantes counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Williams thinking. Dantes rushes Williams and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Williams lands with a light punch inside. Dantes lands with a short punch from the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Williams lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Dantes backwards. Williams is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Dantes rather than just go for the knockout. Williams misses with a wild combination.

Dantes is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Williams misses the shot to the body. Williams tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dantes was well out of range. Poor timing from Williams. Dantes's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Dantes duly obliges. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dantes throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Dantes here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dantes fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dantes moves away.

A head punch on the inside from Williams fails to land. Dantes ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Dantes no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Williams wants to get up but he can't break Dantes's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Dantes wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Dantes looking for a sweep. Not yet Dantes, not yet. Williams stops Dantes from standing up. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dantes has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Williams is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. Dantes breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Dantes is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. A nice leg kick lands there from Dantes. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Dantes jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Williams now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Dantes throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Williams has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Dantes. Dantes rushes Williams and presses him up against the cage. Williams pushes Dantes back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Williams tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Williams goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
