Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dejesus shoots in for a double leg but Myface sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Both fighters circling a little - Dejesus finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
A low kick from Dejesus is predictable there
so Myface counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Myface is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Dejesus is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Dejesus has escaped and now he's on top!

Myface is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Dejesus is looking to stand up but Myface won't let him.

Myface is working to avoid the ground and pound but Dejesus connects with a decent elbow.

Dejesus takes advantage of some sloppy striking from Myface to pass into mount.

Myface has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dejesus is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Myface.

Dejesus winds up and cracks Myface with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Myface has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Myface is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dejesus pulls his head out easily.

Dejesus takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Myface tries to roll over but Dejesus keeps him under control.
Myface is defending against the submission attempts here by Dejesus.
Myface flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Dejesus is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Myface is just riding it out for now. Dejesus eventually gives up the hold.
Myface manages to get to full guard.

Dejesus tries to stand but Myface is controlling from the bottom.
Myface pushes a forearm under Dejesus's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Dejesus is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
