1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rodney Redclaw ! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Steve Montenegro and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Redclaw avoids the head kick by Brown.
A swing and a miss from Redclaw . Brown thumps Redclaw with a low kick. Redclaw looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. No joy there for Redclaw , who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Redclaw fails with a takedown attempt. Redclaw looks to land a left hand but Brown moved out of range nicely. Redclaw throws the left hand but Brown avoids the punch easily. Brown fails in his attempt to clinch. Brown closes the distance and clinches. Brown blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Brown lands an elbow inside that Redclaw shrugs off. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brown blocks an elbow strike from Redclaw .
Brown lands a good knee to the midsection. Redclaw won't want to take too many of those. Redclaw tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Redclaw looks winded! Brown makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Redclaw can't break the clinch.

Brown comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Brown creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Redclaw 's defenses. Brown has Redclaw pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Redclaw is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Brown - that's hurt Redclaw badly! Oh, another knee lands and Redclaw is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Redclaw doesn't seem to be complaining.
