The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Two Tap gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Steve.
Two Tap tries to score a power double leg takedown but Steve sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Two Tap somewhat.
Two Tap takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Two Tap misses with a takedown attempt
and Steve counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Two Tap shoots for a double leg takedown but Steve sprawls well. He's pushed Two Tap's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Toni Steve has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Toni Two Tap.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Two Tap goes for a double leg but Steve avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Steve continues to drive forward.
Two Tap has his takedown stuffed
letting Steve counter with a right hand.

Steve scores with a shot to the body.

Two Tap fails with the takedown
and Steve counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Two Tap is rocked!
Two Tap looks winded!
Two Tap leaves his chin hanging out and Steve seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Two Tap crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Toni Steve!
In his post fight interview, Toni Steve started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
