Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alipate Roa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zoran Sablic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alipate Roa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zoran Sablic! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sablic shoots in for a double leg but Roa sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Roa tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Sablic paws at him with a jab and circles away. Roa shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sablic sprawls well. Sablic wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Roa gets slowly back to his feet. Roa falls off balance throwing a combination
and Sablic counters with a two punch combo. Sablic shoots in looking for a takedown but Roa manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sablic's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Sablic gets tackled into the ropes by Roa. Roa maintains the clinch. Roa is working for takedown but Sablic is calmly controlling the position for now. Roa working Sablic over with knees to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roa lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Sablic backwards. Roa wants to take the fight to the mat but Sablic manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alipate Roa. That's going to take a lot out of him. Roa is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Sablic is defending well. Roa breaks the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roa shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sablic counters with a lovely straight right hand! Roa is breathing heavily. Sablic dives in and scores a takedown into Roa's guard. Sablic trying to control the position from guard on top but Roa is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sablic scoring with some ground and pound. Sablic with a nice head shot there. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Sablic won't allow Roa to get back to his feet. Sablic is working Roa over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Sablic scoring with punches to the head and body.
Roa is rocked! Sablic postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Roa covers up, he's hurt! Sablic keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Sablic and the ref steps in to end the fight! Sablic can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zoran Sablic!
