Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tchort Abbadon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Alexein Rakotonandrasana! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Marco Blurström and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rakotonandrasana throws a right and a left that both miss. Rakotonandrasana throws a series of punches but Abbadon avoids them all with ease. A looping hook to the body misses from Rakotonandrasana. Abbadon does a little dance to reset his feet. Abbadon tries to land a leg kick but Rakotonandrasana saw it coming and moves away.
Abbadon looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Abbadon lands a left and a right that send Rakotonandrasana crashing to the mat, dazed. Abbadon thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Alexein Rakotonandrasana has been cut. Abbadon looks to score with a jab to the body but Rakotonandrasana is just out of range. Abbadon fails to land with a series of punches.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Abbadon gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Rakotonandrasana takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Rakotonandrasana has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Abbadon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rakotonandrasana moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Rakotonandrasana avoids a punch combination nicely.

Abbadon appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Abbadon keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Rakotonandrasana. You can follow us on Twitter at...Ooooooh Rakotonandrasana got wobbled bad by a big combination! Abbadon presses forward with punches and knees until Rakotonandrasana stumbles to the ground! The ref watches Rakotonandrasana closely before deciding to step in and end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tchort Abbadon! In his post fight interview, Tchort Abbadon started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
