The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ansome lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Blackwell circles away quickly and effectively.
Blackwell seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Ansome feints a jab promting Blackwell to slip. Ansome then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Blackwell slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Ansome throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Blackwell was covering up waiting for the punch and Ansome finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Ansome is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Ansome has hold of Blackwell's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Blackwell manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Well Ansome has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
