Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Freddy Terrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugh Mungus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hugh Mungus will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terrell dives in for a single leg takedown but Mungus sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Mungus looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Mungus moves out of range as Terrell throws a body kick.
Despite the aggression on Mungus's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Hugh Mungus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Terrell slips a jab and a cross from Mungus.
Mungus avoids a kick to the body.
Mungus shoots in and drives through. Terrell sprawls well.
Terrell tries for a takedown but Mungus sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Mungus throws a series of punches but Terrell moves out of range.
Terrell forces Mungus back against the cage and clinches.

Mungus gets caught flat footed, as Terrell shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Terrell stands up and waves to Mungus to follow him.
Terrell throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Terrell throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mungus's waist but Mungus gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Terrell off to one side.

Terrell fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Mungus is out of range.
Terrell throws a head kick that misses.
Mungus shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Terrell throws the kick towards the body but Mungus avoids it.

Terrell pushes Mungus away with a front kick.
Terrell tries to land a front kick but Mungus steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Mungus gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Terrell breaks from the clinch.
Mungus blocks a head kick by Terrell.
Terrell changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mungus looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Terrell working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Terrell wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mungus, who protects the arm well.
We've been informed that Mungus has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Mungus pushes Terrell away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Terrell gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Terrell is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Mungus has escaped the position, nice work there.
Mungus tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Terrell wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Terrell decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Mungus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Terrell. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
