Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trents Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Trents Tyson!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tyson.
Johnson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Tyson on the side of the head.
Johnson throws a nice looking combination but Tyson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Tyson throws a combination that misses
and Johnson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Johnson steps into range and cracks Tyson with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Tyson flops backwards and Johnson dives into his guard looking to finish!
Tyson is looking to stand up but Johnson isn't so interested in that idea.
Tyson trying to keep a closed guard but Johnson is proving a slippery customer.
Tyson throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Tyson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Johnson wants to stand but Tyson is controlling his posture from full guard.
Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tyson on the ground.
Johnson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Tyson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Tyson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Johnson is looking to escape.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Tyson has hold of Johnson's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Johnson manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Tyson won't let Johnson get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Tyson throwing strikes here but Johnson is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Johnson tries to buck Tyson off but he can't manage it.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Poor strikes thrown by Tyson there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Johnson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Johnson lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Tyson sprawling to the canvas. Johnson follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Tyson hang on?

Johnson seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Trents Tyson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tyson takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Johnson keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Jack Johnson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tyson closes the distance looking to clinch
and Johnson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Johnson loads up on a big right hand but Tyson slips the punch.

Johnson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Tyson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tyson clinches but Johnson breaks the clinch
and Johnson counters with a straight right hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Johnson dominated that second round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Tyson throws a front kick aimed at Johnson's knee but Johnson avoids it well.

Tyson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Tyson walks into a left hand.
Johnson lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Tyson backs up against the cage.
Johnson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Tyson doesn't seem bothered though.
Tyson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Johnson is fending him off so far but Tyson persists. Nope, Johnson circles away and we're back to standing.
Johnson lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Tyson misses with a takedown
and Johnson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tyson has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Horrible takedown by Tyson or perhaps it was just good defense by Johnson which made him look bad.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Johnson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Johnson.

Tyson gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Tyson tries to pull guard but Johnson holds him up against the cage and eventually Tyson drops back down to his feet.
Johnson is trying to break free.
Johnson is pressed up against the cage. Tyson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Johnson down to the mat. Johnson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Johnson scores with a jab to the body.
Johnson darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Tyson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Johnson as he jumps to the side.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Trents Tyson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Jack Johnson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Johnson darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

And that's the end of the fight!
Jack Johnson showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Johnson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
