The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin leaves Goodbitch with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Griffin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Goodbitch sprawls well. Goodbitch wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Griffin gets slowly back to his feet.

It looks like Ryan Griffin has been cut.
Goodbitch looks for the body kick but Griffin saw that one coming.

Griffin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Goodbitch was covering up waiting for the punch and Griffin finishes the takedown easily into guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Goodbitch keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Griffin's head.

Griffin had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Goodbitch defends it easily.

Griffin has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Goodbitch doesn't defend quickly enough and Griffin has managed to lock this one up! Can Goodbitch escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Griffin on a fantastic submission victory.
