Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dominic Trujillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Van Harvey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trujillo takes a head kick and keeps coming.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Harvey has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Trujillo lands a nice hook to Harvey's body. Harvey takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Harvey fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Trujillo.

The crowd cheers as Trujillo lands an impressive looking overhand right. Harvey doesn't seem phased though.

Harvey has his foot on Trujillo's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Trujillo works his way back into a safe position though.

Trujillo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
