Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Calvin King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stephen Griffiths (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King comes to the cage accompanied by ROAR by Katy Perry. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

It looked like King was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Griffiths.

King fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Griffiths looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
King slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Griffiths takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Griffiths checks a leg kick.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Griffiths lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and King has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from King and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Griffiths looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! King has picked Griffiths up and slammed him! Griffiths can't keep hold of the triangle and King manages to pass to side control!

King slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

Griffiths has gone for a leg lock! King slips out almost immediately though and dives into Griffiths's guard.
King passes easily into side control. Nice work.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Calvin King.
Well King has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Calvin King rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
