Steamboat comes into the arena with Migos- Bad and Bouje blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steamboat lands a leg kick that knocks Harris Jr off balance momentarily. Steamboat scores with a takedown into Harris Jr's guard. Steamboat stands up over Harris Jr, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Harris Jr can't keep his opponent in guard - Steamboat advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Steamboat trying to mount his opponent but Harris Jr defends it. Steamboat has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Steamboat missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Steamboat thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Steamboat is working Harris Jr over from the guard. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Harris Jr keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Steamboat thows a huge punch but Harris Jr dodges it nicely.
Steamboat has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Steamboat working away from the top, dropping strikes.
