Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jim Mc Gregory (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nehemi Janvier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mc Gregory comes to the cage accompanied by something just like this. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Konstantin Menshow and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Mc Gregory enables Janvier to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Mc Gregory manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Mc Gregory is looking for a triangle but Janvier pushes his legs off easily.
Mc Gregory wants to get back to his feet but Janvier is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Mc Gregory keeping moving, preventing Janvier from controlling successfully.
Janvier stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mc Gregory swivels though and keeps the full guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Mc Gregory wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

That was a close round but I would say that Jim Mc Gregory will probably get the nod.

Janvier fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Mc Gregory closes the distance and clinches.
Mc Gregory is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Janvier is defending well for now.
Mc Gregory manages to break the clinch.
Mc Gregory shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Mc Gregory was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Janvier is looking to get back to his feet here but Mc Gregory is keeping cool and he's managed to take Janvier's back.

Mc Gregory has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Janvier has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Mc Gregory is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Janvier has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Mc Gregory is controlling the position but Janvier somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.

Janvier kicks Mc Gregory off and gets back to his feet.

Jim Mc Gregory was interviewed post fight and said 'IF i win thats all because all i do when im training, but if i lose i know im not much doing training.'.
