Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ron Garner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sebastian Shot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sebastian Shot!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Mauricio Rocha and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shot has a takedown stuffed.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Shot has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Shot had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Garner defends it easily.

Garner has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Shot can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

We've been hearing good reports from Garner's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Shot's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Garner looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Shot has picked Garner up and slammed him! Garner can't keep hold of the triangle and Shot manages to pass to side control!

Garner connects with a right that clearly hurt Shot. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Garner proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Shot collapses and taps out under the pressure!
