Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Danial Assad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Millen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ray Millen!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Joseph Jones and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Assad swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Millen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Assad stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Assad wants it to stay on the feet.
Assad seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Millen tries to clinch there but Assad circles away.
Assad rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Millen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Millen shoots in looking for a takedown but Assad manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Millen's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Assad was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Millen tries to keep at a distance but Assad has taken the fight into the clinch.
Millen can't get the takedown.
Danial Assad has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ray Millen.
Millen gets control of Assad's arms and successfully pulls guard. Millen will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Millen is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
