Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wanderlei Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Barbee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbee circles away from the clinch attempt.
Barbee throws a series of punches but Silva moves out of range.
Silva doesn't manage to clinch there - Barbee circles away.
Barbee fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Barbee shoots in and bounces Silva off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Barbee drops back, looking for a kneebar! Silva looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Silva looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Silva!

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Silva closes the distance but Barbee moves to the side
and Barbee counters with a takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Silva pushes Barbee away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Barbee gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Barbee tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Barbee has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Silva is trying to get back to his feet.
Barbee cracks Silva with a big right hand but Silva just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Barbee throws an elbow but Silva slips to the side and avoids it well.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Silva is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Barbee has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Ricky Barbee comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Barbee has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
