It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Martinez here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Andersen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Martinez 's waist but Martinez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Andersen off to one side.

That was a close second round but I would say that Matt Martinez will probably get the nod.

Andersen had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Martinez is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Andersen Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Martinez 's back instead.
