Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dave De Decker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Sunday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dave De Decker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Sunday! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from De Decker as Sunday shoots in. Sunday moves into range and clinches up with De Decker. De Decker is pressed up against the ropes. Sunday has hold of a leg and is looking to drag De Decker down to the mat. De Decker avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Sunday feints and as De Decker raises his hands in defense, Sunday changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. De Decker pushes Sunday off and scrambles back to his feet.
De Decker misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sunday moves into the clinch. Sunday goes for a takedown attempt but De Decker pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Dave De Decker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Sunday. De Decker gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sunday throws a big right hand that misses. De Decker has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round. De Decker wants to sweep but no luck. Sunday landing with the ground and pound. De Decker looking to sweep here. No luck so far. De Decker keeping full guard, as Sunday tries to pass. De Decker definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Sunday working some strikes from top position. De Decker managing to control the position. Sunday stopping the sweep attempt from De Decker.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sunday lands a couple of decent looking shots. Sunday throwing strikes but missing. De Decker preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Sunday postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Sunday connects with a couple of short punches. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Sunday landing with the ground and pound. Sunday looking to sit in guard and control but De Decker gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sunday is trying to control the position but De Decker postures up. Sunday looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sunday can do anything to dispel that myth.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Sunday closes the distance and clinches. De Decker swings wildly with an uppercut but Sunday uses good head movement to avoid it. Sunday looking for a takedown. De Decker trying to land knees to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Sunday wants to take the fight to the mat but De Decker manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. De Decker tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Sunday gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Sunday working some strikes from top position.
De Decker is rocked! De Decker will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Sunday working some strikes from top position. Oh De Decker is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Sunday loads up on a big left hand. De Decker felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Sunday looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! De Decker can't hide his disappointment, as Sunday celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Sunday! Mike Sunday seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
