The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howard throws a series of strikes that have Gracie backpedaling.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gracie looks for a takedown but Howard sprawls well.
Howard attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Howard misses with a wild combination.
Gracie tries to close the distance and clinch but Howard swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nice sprawl there from Howard as Gracie shoots in.
Howard misses with a few strikes there.
Howard lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Gracie sprawling to the canvas. Howard follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Gracie hang on?

Howard closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Gracie out cold! Gracie corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
