Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tony Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matheus Knorr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garcia comes to the cage accompanied by Future–Last Breath. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tony Garcia! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Matheus Knorr! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Knorr shoots in for a double leg but Garcia sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Knorr shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Sloppy strikes from Garcia. Those never looked like landing. Garcia throws a one two combo.
Matheus Knorr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Knorr is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Garcia. Knorr is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Garcia's half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Knorr is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Garcia defends it well. Garcia manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Knorr keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. Knorr takes a knee right on the jaw!
Knorr tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Garcia smiles and moves away.
Tony Garcia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matheus Knorr. Garcia throws a right and a left that Knorr avoids nicely. Knorr looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Garcia throwing a counter right hand but Knorr manages to avoid it. Good leg kick by Garcia there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
That's one minute gone in the round. Garcia lands a big head kick that sends Knorr tumbling to the mat! Garcia takes a step backwards and waves Knorr back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Matheus Knorr has been cut. Garcia misses with the combination.
Garcia pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Knorr shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Garcia as he jumps to the side. Knorr shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Garcia connects with a nice looking jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Garcia misses with a wild combination.
Knorr slips a jab and a cross from Garcia.
Knorr has a takedown stuffed. Knorr shoots in for a takedown but Garcia shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. We've been told by Garcia's head coaches at Heart Cave (8 elites, 4 double-elites, 1 triple) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Garcia moves into range and connects with a jab. Garcia lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Knorr circles away quickly and effectively. The fighters circle, before Garcia throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Knorr's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Garcia lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
