The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clements closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Mcgregor quickly recovers to half guard.
Mcgregor has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Clements is on him like a limpet, forcing Mcgregor back against the cage.
Clements breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Mcgregor walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Clements drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Mcgregor swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Clements's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
