Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rosendo Bauer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Missfeld (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Missfeld has chosen Linkin Park - Faint as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Victor Missfeld has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Rosendo Bauer's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Luis Engracia and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Missfeld misses.
Missfeld connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Bauer tries for a takedown but Missfeld sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Bauer walks into a jab.
Missfeld throws a shot from downtown. Bauer moves away and avoids it.
Bauer smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bauer tries to clinch
and Missfeld counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Bauer throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Missfeld counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Missfeld cracks a nice hook into Bauer's ribs.

Bauer misses with a lunging right hand
and Missfeld counters with a right hand to the body.
Missfeld scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bauer doesn't seem bothered though.
Bauer takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Bauer has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Missfeld jabs at Bauer's body.
Bauer has his takedown stuffed
and Missfeld counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bauer thinking.
Bauer is breathing heavily.

Missfeld feints a jab promting Bauer to slip. Missfeld then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Bauer slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Missfeld is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Bauer's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Missfeld connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bauer scrambles back to his feet.
Bauer wants to clinch but Missfeld slips to the side
letting Missfeld counter with a right hand.
Missfeld lands a body shot.
Bauer shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Missfeld counters with a nice uppercut.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rosendo Bauer. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Missfeld fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bauer looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Missfeld fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Victor Missfeld is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bauer wants to clinch but Missfeld slips to the side
and Missfeld counters with a straight right hand.
Missfeld connects with a good right hand that stumbles Bauer. Bauer circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Bauer is rocked!
Missfeld is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Bauer rather than just go for the knockout.
Missfeld drops Bauer with a straight right hand, right on the button! Missfeld follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

After the fight, Victor Missfeld was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
