The judges for this bout are Anni Minnem�ki, Marco Blurstr�m and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnsen lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Beau Hale has been cut.
Johnsen looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Johnsen is looking to chop away at Hale's legs.
Hale swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Johnsen throws a poor cross that misses
and Hale counters with a left to the body.
Johnsen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hale circles away quickly and effectively.
Hale ducks under a wild hook from Johnsen.
Hale has taken the fight to the clinch.
Johnsen is trying to break the clinch but Hale has him pressed against the cage.
Hale pulls Johnsen into guard.
Johnsen must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Hale is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hale looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Johnsen is defending well. Hale quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Johnsen has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Hale celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
