Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Montel Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Turd Ferguson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams comes to the cage accompanied by LIMB SNAPPA RED SNAPPA REMIX. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Williams or perhaps it was just good defense by Ferguson which made him look bad. Williams darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Ferguson avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Williams. Ferguson tries to kick Williams off but Williams keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Williams thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Ferguson's head. Williams wants to work for an arm triangle but Ferguson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ferguson keeps control of the position for the meantime. Williams is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Ferguson is looking for a sweep. Williams is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Ferguson wants to clinch. Ferguson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Ferguson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ferguson grinds an elbow into Williams's temple. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ferguson working the head and body with strikes. Ferguson working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Williams regains half guard. Ferguson is looking to stall here but Williams recovers full guard. Williams looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Ferguson with a flurry of punches that miss. Ferguson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Williams swivels though and keeps the full guard. Williams working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ferguson.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ferguson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Williams works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Ferguson lands a couple of decent looking shots. Ferguson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Williams thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Ferguson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Williams works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Ferguson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Williams has his foot on Ferguson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ferguson works his way back into a safe position though. Williams is breathing heavily. Ferguson trying to control the position from guard on top but Williams is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Williams working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ferguson. Ferguson working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Williams's head. Ferguson landing some decent shots from guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Ferguson lands a couple of digs. Ferguson missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ferguson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Williams is tightening it up a little... Ferguson has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Ferguson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Ferguson taps out! nice BJJ there by Williams!
