Franchise's entrance music is Microphone Fiend- Rage Against the Machine. A fine choice. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oooooh!!! King has knocked Franchise down with a huge combo! King steps away and waves a wobbly Franchise back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

King closes the distance and clinches.

Franchise is really struggling to find his range with his punches. King's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

and Franchise counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

King gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Franchise lands a hook to the side of the head.

King scores with a nice hook to the head.
King digs a right hand into Franchise's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Franchise's gas tank.
King lands with a left to the head.
Franchise being controlled against the cage.

Franchise breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
King throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Franchise.
Franchise cracks a nice hook into King's ribs.
King moves out of range as Franchise strikes.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Franchise walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. King checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
King looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Franchise throws a quick inside leg kick.
Franchise walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
King misses with a head kick.
Franchise misses with a hook. King ducked under it nicely.
Franchise just misses with a punch to the body.
A slow jab from Franchise misses its intended target.
Franchise takes a swing at King's ribcage but misses.

Franchise throws a shot from downtown. King moves away and avoids it.

King cracks Franchise with a right hand to the side of the head.
Franchise looks to throw the jab but King is out of range.
Franchise tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but King was well out of range. Poor timing from Franchise.
King throws a counter combo.
A head kick by King misses
and Franchise counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
King will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Franchise stalks King and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into King's face. King staggers backwards, shaken.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Franchise fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. King looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Franchise scores with a punch to the head.
King avoids a kick to the body.
Franchise tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
King changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Franchise misses with a wild body shot.
King uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Franchise.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
A nice combination there by Franchise.


King is rocked!
King moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
King tries to clinch there but Franchise circles away.
Franchise seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Franchise scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Stevie Franchise will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

King is still on wobbly legs! Can Franchise finish him?
Look low, kick high! Franchise uses the oldest trick in the book to send King tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Franchise is absolutely delighted - when King wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!

Stevie Franchise really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Voodoo Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
