Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Macapinlac Co (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez's entrance music is head up high. A fine choice. Macapinlac Co has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Macapinlac Co!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Co looks to throw the jab but Sanchez is out of range.
Sanchez tries to clinch there but Co circles away.

Sanchez looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Co!

Co blocking the ground and pound.

Co is desperately trying to improve his position but Sanchez has a good base and remains in mount.

Sanchez wants to control the pace but Co is squirming around nicely.
Sanchez unloads with some shots from mount but Co bucks and avoids them well.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Sanchez is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Co has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Co!

Sanchez regains full guard. Nicely done.
Co pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Sanchez is keeping the position for now.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Sanchez has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Co wants to stand but Sanchez is controlling his posture from full guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Co stands up and waves to Sanchez to follow him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Sanchez tries for a takedown but Co sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

The fight stays on the outside here - Co looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Co tries to clinch there but Sanchez circles away.
Macapinlac Co is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sanchez shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Co counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Co takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Sanchez misses with a takedown
and Co counters with an outside leg kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sanchez takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Co throws a series of punches but Sanchez avoids them all with ease.

Co moves into range and clinches up with Sanchez.
Sanchez tries for a takedown but Co manages to get underhooks.
Co is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Co lands a nice uppercut.
Co lands with a light punch inside.
Co makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Co lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Co working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Co scores with a shot to the side of Sanchez's head.
Sanchez is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Co lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Co lands a right hand that snaps the head of Sanchez backwards.
Oh Sanchez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Co lands an uppercut.
Co throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Co scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Co lands a big right hand that drops Sanchez! The killer instinct kicks in and Co finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Co!
