Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Parker Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parker is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Roots Manuva - Again and Again. Parker Lewis has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Parker Lewis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Joseph Parker! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Parker's half guard. Lewis stalling away here and it's allowed Parker to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Lewis looking to pass the guard. Lewis is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Lewis controls from within his opponent's guard. Parker wants to sweep here but Lewis controlling him for the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lewis working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Parker's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parker pulls Lewis in close to his closed guard and prevents Lewis from doing any damage or advancing position. Lewis postures up in Parker's guard and throws a big left but Parker blocks it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lewis scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Lewis stays in close to Parker's body and controls the position. Lewis throwing strikes but missing. Lewis throwing strikes but missing. Lewis trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lewis pushing down on Parker's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Lewis wants to advance to full mount but Parker doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Lewis passes Parker's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Lewis performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Lewis not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lewis frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Parker holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Lewis tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Lewis throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Parker felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Lewis loads up with a big shot that hurts Parker! He's pulled Lewis in close but Lewis has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Parker survive? More strikes from Lewis and Parker is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
