Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Russell Pearce and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filho pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Filho loads up on a big right hand but Drakov slips the punch.
Drakov misses with a takedown attempt - Filho sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Filho shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Drakov eats them both and turns towards Filho to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Vasilli Drakov has been cut.
Nice defenses there by Filho.
Filho lands a jab to the head.
Drakov shoots in for a double leg but Filho sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Drakov is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Filho is leaning against Drakov and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Oh Drakov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Filho creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Drakov with a big uppercut! Drakov tries to clinch up but Filho pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Drakov to the mat! Drakov covers up and Filho unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
