Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Danny Leonardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boris Tetriakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leonardo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Cant Nobody Stop Me - Royce Da 5'9. Tetriakov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Arsonist's Prayer. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tetriakov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Leonardo's waist but Leonardo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tetriakov off to one side.

Leonardo rushes Tetriakov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Tetriakov tries to pull guard but Leonardo holds him up against the cage and eventually Tetriakov drops back down to his feet.
Leonardo throws an elbow but it misses.
Leonardo throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Tetriakov blocks it with crossed arms.
Leonardo tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Tetriakov tries for a takedown. No joy.
Danny Leonardo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boris Tetriakov.
Tetriakov has Leonardo pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Leonardo manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Tetriakov misses with a takedown attempt - Leonardo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Tetriakov closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Leonardo tries to escape but Tetriakov is in control.

Tetriakov goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Leonardo rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Tetriakov's guard! Nice work there by Leonardo!

Tetriakov is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Tetriakov had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Leonardo is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Tetriakov Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Leonardo's back instead.
Tetriakov lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK.

Tetriakov has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.

Tetriakov is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Leonardo is defending well though. Tetriakov let's go of the attempt for now.
Tetriakov is trying to control but Leonardo is trying to escape here - he's now mounted.

Tetriakov is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Leonardo can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Tetriakov moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Leonardo has worked his arm free - good work by Leonardo!
Tetriakov throwing strikes but Leonardo manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!

Tetriakov is looking to control Leonardo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tetriakov avoid being mounted?
Tetriakov is pressing down on Leonardo's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Oh but Tetriakov is tightening it up a little... Leonardo has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight!
