Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Black Coleman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bobby Tupper! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coleman is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Tupper is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Tupper takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Tupper throws a right hand that Coleman ducks under and follows up with a left that Coleman also avoids with ease. Coleman shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tupper is trying to defend but Coleman finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Coleman thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Coleman is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Coleman not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Coleman drops an elbow to the side of Tupper's head. Tupper wants to get back to his feet. Tupper manages to escape and get back to his feet! Tupper moves in looking to clinch but Coleman pushes him off. Coleman avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tupper tries to clinch but Coleman moves out of range. Tupper throws a right and a left that both miss. Tupper swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bobby Tupper is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Tupper tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Nice straight punches there by Coleman. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Coleman. Coleman drives through and clinches with Tupper against the cage.
Coleman changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tupper fights it off and pushes away nicely.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tupper throws a right and a left that Coleman avoids nicely. A combination from Coleman does no damage. Coleman scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Coleman smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Coleman has Tupper up against the cage in a clinch.
Coleman is looking for a takedown. Our sources have told us that Coleman has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Coleman is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tupper gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Black Coleman. That's going to take a lot out of him. A right hook to the body lands for Tupper.
Tupper pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Tupper ducks under a wild hook from Coleman. Coleman rushes Tupper and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Coleman keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tupper's efforts to push away. Tupper escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A punch combination from Tupper misses. Tupper swats away the attempt to clinch by Coleman. Tupper closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tupper wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Coleman looking for a takedown. Coleman lands a left hand.
Tupper pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Tupper takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Coleman attempts a counter takedown but Tupper avoids it well and moves away. Coleman moves forwards but Tupper connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Black Coleman has been cut. Coleman throws a series of punches but Tupper avoids them all with ease. Tupper throws a head kick that misses. Coleman swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Tupper clobbers Coleman with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Coleman looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Tupper has one foot on Coleman's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tupper will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Coleman takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Nice sprawl there from Tupper as Coleman shoots in. Tupper fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Coleman closes the distance and clinches. Coleman wants a takedown but no success here.
Tupper breaks from the clinch.
Coleman tries to clinch up. Coleman's jab looks to have found its range, popping Tupper under the eye. Tupper misses with a double jab.
Coleman cracks a nice hook into Tupper's ribs. A nice combination there by Tupper.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tupper rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Coleman moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Tupper tries a head kick but it misses.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bobby Tupper dominated that round. The cut man is working on Black Coleman's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Coleman shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Coleman showed some decent athleticism there. Coleman is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Tupper has managed to free his arm - good work. Coleman winds up and cracks Tupper with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Coleman is trying to control the action in half guard but Tupper is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Coleman sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Tupper defending well though. Coleman lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Tupper wants to get back to his feet.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Tupper blocking the ground and pound attempt from Coleman. Tupper won't allow Coleman to pass to mount. Tupper is trying to stand.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Coleman throwing shots but Tupper is blocking nicely. Tupper is looking to escape. Coleman wants to control but Tupper is keeping him busy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Coleman stops Tupper from getting back to his feet.
Coleman thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tupper's head. Coleman sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Tupper defending well though. Coleman throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Coleman not landing any meaningful shots this time. Coleman working over Tupper with some ground and pound. Tupper looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Coleman prevents Tupper from standing back up.

A little feinted left hand from Coleman on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Coleman bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tupper is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Coleman is working Tupper over with some ground and pound from side control. Coleman works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Tupper is working to avoid the ground and pound but Coleman connects with a decent elbow. Tupper wants to get back to his feet but Coleman drags him back down. Tupper dodges the ground and pound from Coleman. Coleman in side control, throwing shots but Tupper defends. Tupper wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Black Coleman dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Black Coleman's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Tupper's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Coleman connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Tupper scrambles back to his feet. Tupper defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Coleman. Coleman fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tupper avoids it really well and circles away. Bobby Tupper seems to be getting the better of the standup. Coleman tries to clinch but Tupper is having none of it. Tupper wants to counter with a clinch but Coleman pushes him away. Some wild striking there from Tupper.

Tupper tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Coleman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Coleman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tupper stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tupper wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Black Coleman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tupper lands a two punch combo.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Coleman is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tupper sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Tupper misses with a double jab
and Coleman counters with a nice uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Coleman darts in looking for a takedown but Tupper gets double underhooks and turns Coleman into the cage. Tupper tries a head kick but it misses.

Coleman keeps the fight on the outside. Tupper loads up on a big right hand but Coleman slips the punch. Tupper swinging wildly here.
Tupper gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Coleman drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Coleman jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Tupper keeping full guard, as Coleman tries to pass. Black Coleman overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Coleman prevents Tupper from getting back to his feet. Coleman wants to control from the top but Tupper keeps moving. Tupper wants to stand up but Coleman is controlling him. Tupper preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Tupper uses the cage to get back to his feet.

This has been an exciting period of action! Tupper lands a jab-cross combination. Coleman is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Tupper tries to land a front kick but Coleman steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

and Coleman counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Tupper lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Coleman circles away quickly and effectively. Tupper tries to clinch there but Coleman circles away.

and Coleman counters with a nice double leg into guard. Coleman sitting in guard here, content to control. Tupper is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Coleman stays in close to Tupper's body and controls the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Coleman throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Coleman throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Tupper works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tupper wants to stand and escape but Coleman is having none of it. Coleman working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Tupper's head. Coleman controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Coleman wants to control from the top but Tupper keeps moving.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Coleman showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tupper.
Coleman shoots in but Tupper avoids the takedown attempt easily. Tupper connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
And that's the end of the fight! Bobby Tupper comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Tupper has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
