Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Master Blaster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heavy Rain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blaster comes to the cage accompanied by Master Blaster Theme. Rain has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Master Blaster! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Heavy Rain! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blaster looks to score with a jab to the body but Rain is just out of range. Rain throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Rain scores with a head kick. Blaster tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Blaster swings for the body but Rain moves out of range.
Master Blaster seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rain avoids the body shot from Blaster.
Blaster misses with a series of wild punches.
Rain is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Blaster just misses with a punch to the body.
Rain is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Blaster swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rain lets loose with a powerful body kick. Blaster will feel that in the morning. Rain throws a head kick but Blaster moves out of range.
Blaster is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Rain bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Blaster's head. Rain throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Blaster stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Rain has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Blaster is landing a low percentage of strikes. Rain bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Blaster's head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Blaster wants to clinch up but Rain keeps it at a distance. Blaster rushes Rain and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Rain misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Rain escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Blaster misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rain.
Rain throws a sloppy head kick and Blaster moves out of range easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Blaster's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rain connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Blaster scrambles back to his feet. Rain is looking to slow Blaster down with leg kicks. Blaster gets in close and instigates a clinch. Rain breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Rain is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Rain avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Rain was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Blaster checks a low kick from Rain. Rain takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Rain dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Blaster throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Blaster misses with a wild body shot. Rain scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Blaster doesn't seem bothered though. Rain pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Rain uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Blaster.

Blaster is looking to wear down Rain with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Blaster moves in looking to clinch but Rain pushes him off. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Blaster will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Blaster tries to move into range but Rain moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Rain throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Blaster drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Blaster rushes Rain and presses him up against the cage. Rain blocking some punches.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Blaster. Rain's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Rain looks to score with a jab to the body but Blaster is just out of range. Blaster tries to counter by clinching up but Rain breaks away and moves out of range. Blaster throws a body punch but Rain moves out of range. Blaster dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Blaster takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Blaster swings and misses with a hook to the body.

A shot to the liver by Blaster. Beautiful body shot. Blaster walks into a left hand. Rain throws a half hearted mid kick. Rain misses with a kick to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Donk. Rain catches Blaster right on the button with a cross. That kick from Rain tenderised Blaster's leg. Blaster is trying to keep his angry face on. Rain takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Blaster ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rain moves away. Blaster lands with a good body shot. Rain is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Blaster had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Blaster showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Rain.

Rain throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Blaster. Blaster stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Rain. Blaster throws a body punch but Rain moves out of range. Rain throws a right and a left that both miss. Blaster takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rain misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Blaster takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Blaster drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Blaster closes the distance and clinches. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Heavy Rain dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Blaster misses with a looping left. Rain dips to his left and cracks Blaster with an uppercut! Rain works the jab nicely.
Blaster is rocked! Rain digs a good body shot into Blaster's ribs. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Rain - that will leave a mark!
Rain lands with a good body shot. Rain has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Rain explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Rain fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Blaster to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Blaster looks to clinch but Rain throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Blaster taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Heavy Rain! Heavy Rain was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
