The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santana shoots in and bounces Caspar off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Caspar lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Santana!
Caspar tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.
Caspar takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Caspar really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Caspar thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Santana is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Santana tries to improve his position but instead Caspar has taken his back!
Caspar lands strikes to the head.

Santana tries to roll but Caspar sticks to his back.
Santana trying to get back to his feet but Caspar is in full control for now.
Santana trying to control the position but Caspar manages to sink in the hooks.
Santana is really stuck here.
Caspar is cranking Santana's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Santana! He's tightened the choke and Santana is tapping out!
